主要用途：Main application
滾筒式除雜機主要用于物料與部分固體顆粒狀雜物的分離，如：果類花蒂，干果，碎枝等雜物。同樣適用于刺梨、鮮橙、芒果、蘋果等果蔬。

設備各組成部分：Components of the equipment
如上圖所示，該設備主要由主動傳動組件、滾筒篩網(wǎng)、噴淋裝置、吹風組件、減速電機、鼓風機、出料斗等部件組成。

工作原理：Working principles
工作時，在電動機的帶動下，主傳動組件開始運轉(zhuǎn)，通過摩擦力帶動滾筒篩網(wǎng)運轉(zhuǎn)。物料從進料口進入吹風組件，物料與雜物徹底分開，不粘連，部分翼狀輕型雜物由出風口排出，剩下的物料與雜物進入滾筒篩網(wǎng)進一步分離，雜物由排渣口排出，物料由出料口送出進入下一道工序。

The material enters the blowing assembly from the feed port, the material is completely separated from the sundries, without adhesion, part of the wing-shaped light sundries are discharged from the air outlet, the remaining material and sundries enter the drum screen for further separation, and the sundries are discharged from the slag discharge port , The material is sent out from the discharge port to the next process.
